We are hiring immediately for a full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

Address: Touchpoint - 2001 West 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46260. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with shifts at 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, or 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, including rotating weekends; details provided upon interview.

Requirement: Previous food service experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
3. Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
4. Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
5. Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
7. Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
8. Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
9. Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
10. Ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
11. Adheres to all sanitation and safety requirements.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
