Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Worker position.

Location

Mercy-Orthopedic Ft Smith - 3601 South 79th Street, Fort Smith, AR 72903. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full-time schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm; including flexible weekends. More details upon interview.

Pay Rate

$16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform food prep such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Measure ingredients accurately.
• Transport food to and from work stations safely.
• Store food properly following safety and rotation standards.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and equipment.
• Follow recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portioning.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Address customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and inventory procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
