Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for a full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.
• Location: Mercy-Orthopedic Ft Smith - 3601 South 79th Street, Fort Smith, AR 72903. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time. Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm; including flexible weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous experience in customer service and food preparation required.
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
3. Transport food and supplies safely.
4. Store food properly following safety standards.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and equipment.
7. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
9. Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
10. Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
