Compass Group USA is hiring for a FOOD SERVICE WORKER at CSU Fullerton. This role supports full-time and part-time schedules with AM/PM shifts on campus, located at 1509 E. Campus Drive, Fullerton, CA 92831.

The candidate will prep, present, and serve food, maintaining quality and safety standards while delivering friendly service to students and staff. Training and benefits accompany long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality settings.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for a full and part time FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.
• Address: 1509 E. Campus Drive, Fullerton, CA 92831
• Schedule: Full and part time schedule; Varying days and hours. Open availability preferred. AM/PM Weekdays and Weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous customer service, front of house cleaning/sanitizing and food service experience are preferred.
• Pay Range: $16.90 per hour to $20.00.
