POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision performs various jobs for patient food preparation. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: None
PREFERRED EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: NA
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 1 year in patient-feeding food service establishment
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: ANSI Accredited Texas Food Handler or ANSI Accredited Food Manager course or Certified Food Manager from the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District
