Full-Time - Maryville, TN - Monday through Friday

The Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing food using standard recipes and production guidelines while following food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. The individual in this role should safely handle knives and equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to lift 50lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop frequently
• Stand for long periods of time
• Work around others in close quarters
• Must be able to obtain ServSafe Certification
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen and a background check
