• Location: Jefferson Memorial Hospital - 110 Hospital Drive, Jefferson City, TN 37760. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time; hours may vary. Weekends only. More details upon interview.

• Pay Range: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties and general food service work, maintaining sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining areas.

• Prepares food items such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables, and measures ingredients.
• Transfers food and supplies between stations following safety standards.
• Stores foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation protocols.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Provides friendly, efficient customer service and handles complaints professionally.
• Relays relevant information to supervisors.
• Handles sales transactions accurately, including making change and processing various payment methods.
• Issues receipts and handles cash according to procedures.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness in service areas.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
