We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER positions.

Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties, including general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and dining room facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weighs and measures ingredients.
2. Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards. Distributes supplies, utensils, and equipment.
3. Stores foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
4. Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
5. Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
6. Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
7. Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following steps of service.
8. Interacts with customers and resolves complaints professionally.
9. Relays relevant information to supervisor.
10. Performs sales transactions, enters sales into the register, makes change, and accepts various payment methods.
11. Issues receipts and handles cash refunds following procedures.
12. Manages cash drawer, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards.
13. Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.
