We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER positions.

Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties, including general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and dining room facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weighs and measures ingredients.
2. Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
3. Stores foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
4. Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
5. Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
6. Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
7. Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
8. Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
9. Relays relevant information to supervisor.
10. Performs sales transactions, enters sales into the cash register, makes change, accepts declining balance cards, and issues receipts.
11. Follows procedures for cash refunds and manages cash drawer in accordance with standards.
12. Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
