Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties and general food service tasks, maintaining sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep: washing, peeling, cutting fruits/vegetables, measuring ingredients.
• Transport food, supplies, and equipment safely.
• Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation protocols.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
• Handle customer interactions and complaints professionally.
• Relay information to supervisors.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and issuing receipts.
• Manage cash drawer and change funds responsibly.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
