Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties and general food service. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prep work: washing, peeling, cutting, seeding fruits/vegetables; measuring ingredients.
2. Transporting food and supplies safely.
3. Storing foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
4. Cleaning work areas and equipment.
5. Ensuring sanitation and safety compliance.
6. Using recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
7. Serving customers courteously and efficiently.
8. Handling customer interactions and complaints positively.
9. Relaying information to supervisors.
10. Performing sales transactions accurately.
11. Managing cash register operations, giving change, processing cards, issuing receipts.
12. Handling cash refunds properly.
13. Managing change funds and cash receipts.
14. Replenishing supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
15. Performing additional duties as assigned.
