Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties and general food service tasks, maintaining sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare food items such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables, measuring ingredients as needed.
• Transport food and supplies safely to and from workstations.
• Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently, resolving complaints professionally.
• Relay relevant information to supervisors.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, including making change and processing different payment methods.
• Issue receipts and process refunds following standard procedures.
• Manage cash drawers responsibly, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
