We are hiring immediately for a full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER position.

Location: Fidelity Contra - 2 Contra Way, Merrimack, NH 03054. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Food service experience is a plus.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties, including general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and dining room facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weighs and measures ingredients.
2. Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator, following safety standards. Distributes supplies, utensils, and equipment.
3. Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
4. Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
5. Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
6. Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
7. Serves customers courteously and efficiently, following service steps.
8. Interacts with customers and resolves complaints positively.
9. Relays relevant information to supervisors.
10. Performs sales transactions accurately, including making change and accepting various payment methods.
11. Issues receipts and handles refunds according to procedures.
12. Manages cash drawer to meet overage/shortage standards.
13. Replenishes condiments and supplies, maintains cleanliness.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.
