• Location: CAT Mapleton Foundry - 8826 West Route 24, Mapleton, IL 61547
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:00 am to 8:30 am
• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
• Requirement: Previous food service experience preferred

Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties, general food service work, and maintains sanitation standards.

Essential Duties

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Carry pans, kettles, and trays; distribute supplies and utensils.
3. Store foods properly, ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
4. Use recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
5. Serve customers, resolve complaints, and handle sales transactions.
6. Manage cash register operations, including making change and issuing receipts.
7. Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
