Performs all other duties as assigned.Job Description:Essential Responsibilities including but not limited to:Food Preparation: Follows all established and regulatory standards for the preparation, service, and storage of food.Standardized recipes are utilized for all food preparation, with all modifications approved by Executive Chef or a manager.Food production system procedures are followed for all food preparation, service, and storage.HACCP procedures and documentation (logs) are followed at all times.Work areas are cleaned and sanitized as established by department standards.Is able to work independently without direct supervision.
