As a Food Service Worker 1, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and safety of the food service provided by our facility. Your responsibilities include food preparation, sanitation, attending meetings, participating in training sessions, and preparing and serving food. These tasks are crucial for maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the department and creating a positive dining experience for our consumers.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

1. Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
2. Work hours are 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch and rotating schedule with every third weekend off
3. Overtime and travel as operationally necessary
4. Telework: Not available for this position
5. FREE parking!
6. Salary: Starting salary may be non-negotiable in some cases

Qualifications

• You must be able to perform essential job functions
• A medical examination is required for a conditional offer of employment
• This position falls under the Older Adult Protective Services Act and requires satisfactory criminal history reports, including PA State Police and FBI clearance
