Brews coffee and ensures that other beverages are prepared and stocked. Maintains and documents temperatures of food items and equipment (such as refrigerators, freezers, and dish machine)Temperatures, documents and files data to be stored for hot and cold foods, as well as equipment such as, but not limited to, refrigerators, freezers, walk ins, and dishwashersUses F.I.F.O. (First In- First Out) so products are at their best. This includes dating, labeling, proper storage, and daily handling of productsTakes inventory and maintains stock at proper levels. Stocks with clean dishes; puts away clean waresOperates dish machine; collects soiled dishes and scrapes; washes and sanitizes pots, pans, and utensilsCleans and sanitizes food service equipment. Ensures that work areas, public dining areas, serving stations, bus stations, and all other assigned stations are neat, clean and sanitary.
