Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients accurately.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Stores food properly following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and utensils efficiently.
• Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portioning.
• Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following service steps.
• Addresses customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisors.
• Maintains compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash procedures.
• Follows sanitation and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
