Pacific Air Forces at Bruddah's Brew House on Bellows Air Station is seeking a cafe assistant. You will set up and clean tables, operate dishwashers, stock condiments, and handle cash funds while following beverage procedures. Prior coffee experience is a plus and customer service is essential.

You will assist with inventories, prepare basic cash accountability documentation, and perform general cleaning across the facility, contributing to smooth operations and a safe, welcoming environment.

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Bruddah's Brew House on Bellows Air Station.

Key Responsibilities

Sets up/cleans tables for customers and replenish condiment items as necessary. Sets up and operates dishwashers, performs preventive maintenance and cleaning. Scrapes, soaks, scours glassware, dishes and utensils as required. Also performs heavy duty cleaning tasks as required such as; coffee machines, ceilings, under and behind equipment, refrigerators, washes floors and walls, sanitizes garbage cans. May unload stock from delivery trucks.

Collects and transfers trash from work area to disposal area.

Must be able to follow basic cappuccino requirement of each type of drink including but not limited to, preheating the porta filter, knowing the difference in grinds of coffee, knowing how long should a shot take to brew into a cup, preheating the cup, how to "pull" and "tamp" into then porta filter, differences in frothing and steaming milk, and able to now difference and relay information to customers on the difference in drink choices.

Assists with inventories, identifies items for re-ordering. May be required to prepare documentation for cash funds accountability. Performs other related duties as assigned
