Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is hiring an energetic Food Service Worker in Vance, AL. The role runs Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays. You’ll join a team focused on hospitality and quality service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic required.

• Maintain a professional relationship with all team members, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods and properly store food.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments and utensils.
• Interact with guests in serving, retail and dining areas.
• Follow proper guest service procedures with a friendly attitude.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment according to rules and procedures.
• Maintain a fast pace and multitask while performing duties.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Food Service Worker in Vance, AL. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm, with occasional Saturdays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, and properly stores food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils
• Interact with guests in the serving, retail and dining areas
• Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment following all client and regulatory rules and procedures
• Maintain a fast pace and ability to multitask when performing duties
