What Our Food Service Workers Do

• Greet guests with warm, friendly smiles
• Respect customers and deliver food quickly
• Work effectively in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously
• Process orders accurately in the POS system
• Handle payments and provide change
• Maintain and clean equipment and machinery
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists
• Organize work and storage areas, including refrigerators and trash
• Perform cleaning tasks following health standards

Skills and Requirements

• At least one year of food service experience
• High school diploma preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Food handler's permit as required by law
• Brand certification as needed
• Ability to remember and promote menu items
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Ability to stand for long periods in confined spaces
