Job summary

SSP America is seeking a Food Service Worker at the San Jose International Airport. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve a wide range of beverages and food items across well-known brands like Peet's Coffee and Einstein Bros Bagels.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast food, quick service, or coffee shop environments.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and provide accurate orders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and follow recipes/standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment and provide correct change.
• Serve cold, hot, and prepared food and drinks to guests.
• Follow recipes and practice portion control to prepare and present items.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
• Perform cleaning tasks to health standards and assist with other duties as assigned.

• Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests.
• Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
