Job Location: Rocky Hill, CT

Shift: Day and Evening, 40 hours per week

Under the supervision of the Cooks/Chefs, the Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. This includes washing dishes, cleaning equipment, floors, and adhering to sanitation procedures.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining proper sanitation of the kitchen, covering all sanitation procedures.
2. Set up the dishmachine for meal service, wash dishes, sort silverware, and clean glasses.
3. Ensure all pots and pans are cleaned using appropriate chemicals and procedures. Clean kitchen equipment as directed. Organize and clean storerooms and coolers.
4. Remove all garbage from the kitchen, dispose of it properly, and recycle products.
5. Assist managers and cooks with special cleaning projects as needed.
6. Follow the department's dress code by wearing provided uniforms that are clean and neat, and wear hairnets as required.
7. Receive deliveries, properly rotate stock, and organize storerooms and coolers.
8. Attend all scheduled training sessions.
