Job Description

Essential Functions

1. Shifts can start as early as 5:30am and end as late as 8:45pm.
2. Will be cross-trained to be scheduled in various assignments.
3. Weekends and some holidays are required.

• Assembles food: Patient Trays, Individual Portions, and Food Displays in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Stocks food and supplies.
• Completes ware-washing/sanitizing dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen and service work areas, serving areas, and equipment; removes garbage, trash, and grease from the department areas.
• Maintains regular, punctual attendance. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
