Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Food Service Worker to deliver a high quality dining experience by supporting dietary and nutritional needs for patients and visitors. You will maintain sanitation of kitchen utensils, equipment, cafeteria, dining room and assigned work area.

This hourly role requires basic computer skills and fluent English; preferred candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience.

• Basic computer competency required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality dining experience by meeting dietary and nutritional needs for those served.

Expected pay for this position is $17.00 - $18.89/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic computer competency specific to software navigation. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. 6 months of experience in customer service. Licensure/Certifications: Certified Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire for facilities in Illinois.
