Base pay range: $15.50/hr

Position Details

This position is inside the Carteret County Jail, supervising inmate labor and team members in food service. Responsibilities include preparing and serving food according to menus and work instructions, utilizing food prep utensils and machines, and maintaining food safety standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members during food prep and service
• Prepare food according to menu and recipes

Qualifications
