Job summary

Villa Restaurant Group at LaGuardia Airport is hiring Food Service Workers for a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will welcome guests, take orders, process payments, and prepare food while maintaining clean, well-stocked stations.

Flexible schedules are needed, with opportunities for full-time roles, training, and career growth in a dynamic airport environment. Prior experience is preferred but not required, and airport background checks are required.

Salary Range: $21.25 - $26.80 Hourly

Villa Restaurant Group is hiring energetic and dependable Food Service Workers to join our quick-service restaurant teams at LaGuardia Airport. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent guest service, and being part of a team, we would love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take guest orders and accurately process payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Work across different stations, including cashier, food preparation, grill, expo, dishwashing, and guest support.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and airport security procedures.
• Assist team members during busy periods to keep operations running smoothly.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience during every interaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by restaurant management.

What You’ll Need

• Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or guest service experience is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position.
• Reliable transportation to and from LaGuardia Airport.
• Ability to successfully complete all required airport background checks and obtain an airport security badge.
• Must meet all applicable age and work authorization requirements.
