Job summary

The Long Prairie-Grey Eagle ISD 2753 is seeking an energetic and hardworking individual to join our food service team. This part-time position helps prepare and serve meals for the school lunch program, with duties including basic cooking, cleaning, and serving students.

Hours are approximately 10:30am-2:00pm, Monday through Friday, supporting a smooth operation. Prior kitchen experience is helpful; training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but will train.
• Valid Driver License.
• Knowledge of materials and methods used in preparing food and the care and use of cooking utensils and equipment.
• Knowledge of food values and nutrition.
• Ability to do simple cooking on a large scale, simple cleaning and food service tasks and follow oral and written instructions.
