Job summary

Trinity Services Group in Texas is seeking a Food Service Supervisor (Shift Supervisor) to lead kitchen operations inside a jail/correctional facility. The role focuses on serving a variety of food items, supervising inmate workers, and ensuring compliance with safety and food-handling regulations.

A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; expect lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long periods, and teamwork. DailyPay and a Rookie’s Fast Track program bonus are available.

• Follow facility housekeeping and safety practices in all meal preparation and serving.
• Other responsibilities as needed by the department.

About This Position

The Food Service Supervisor (Shift Supervisor) prepares and serves a variety of food items following assigned work instructions and menus. You will also use a variety of food preparation utensils and machines in preparing food.

You will report to a Food Service Director. You will work onsite inside of a jail/correctional facility.

Essentials Functions/Main Responsibilities:

• Manage inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts in the kitchen.
• Assist inmate labor and/or team members in the preparation of a variety of food items following departmental work production standards, standardized recipes, and work instructions.
• Follow assigned facility housekeeping and safety practices in all preparation, oversight, and serving of correctional facility meals.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

• We require a high school diploma or GED, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
• We require a valid driver's license.
