AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Worker in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time role operates Sunday through Thursday, offering opportunities to prepare hot and cold foods, set up serving stations, and engage with guests across dining areas.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods and store food properly.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
• Interact with guests in serving, retail and dining areas.
• Follow guest service procedures by smiling, making eye contact, and greeting guests.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment according to rules and procedures.
• Maintain a fast pace and multitask effectively.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Food Service Worker.

This is a full-time position in Grand Rapids, MI. The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, and properly stores food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils
• Interact with guests in the serving, retail and dining areas
• Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment following all client and regulatory rules and procedures
• Maintain a fast pace and ability to multitask when performing duties

Requirements:

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate with other team members and other departments with professionalism and respect
• Maintain a professional relationship with all team members, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives
