Work Environment & Physical Demands:

The role involves medium physical activity, including walking, standing for up to 4 hours, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, lifting (typically 5-15 pounds, up to 40 pounds rarely), and continuous customer interaction in a fast-paced setting. Exposure to cold temperatures and various allergens is possible. The work is indoors, with equipment such as ovens, slicers, and kitchen utensils used regularly.
