Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items by rinsing, peeling, slicing, dicing, weighing and measuring ingredients.
  • Follow standardized recipes to prepare and portion menu items.
  • Wrap, label and store food items according to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate food temperatures and portion control.
  • Serve customers in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and stations; monitor safety standards.
