Matthew 25: Ministries is seeking a food service worker who provides an excellent dining experience to our guests, including high quality meals, top notch service, and a clean, welcoming environment. This position requires working in a fast paced environment. Staff are responsible for ensuring that the highest standards are met for all food prepared and served to our guests and staff and staff members.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepares cooked meals for guests and staff members
• Estimates food requirements.
• Helps serve food at mealtimes.
• Keeps records and requisition for supplies/equipment as needed.
• Assists in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, and properly stores food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage.
• Ensures that food preparation areas and serving areas are clean, hygienic and inspect workstations for compliance with service standards.
• Complies with all HACCP and Health Department policies and procedures.
• ServSafe knowledge
• Maintains a clean food preparation and dining environment
• Interacts with guests in a positive, welcoming manner, providing top notch customer service

Requirements:

• Ability to clean areas using cleaning solutions and personal protective equipment.
