Now Hiring : Barista & Food Service Workers for Hospital in North Austin, TX (78704)

• Days and afternoons - must be available
• 17.50 - $18.50 / HR based on experience
• Must have weekend availability (every other weekend)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages to order
• Assist with food prep, including sandwiches, salads, and grab-and-go items
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash or card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
• Restock supplies and ensure food and beverage items are properly labeled and stored
• Follow all hospital safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols
• Support kitchen operations as needed, including dishwashing and trayline service

Preferred Experience :

• Entry level
• Previous barista or food service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50 / hr.
