Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in Salisbury, NC is seeking a team member to maintain kitchen areas and assist with food service operations. The role supports sanitation, equipment cleaning, and general prep tasks in a college dining environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Wash tables, walls, refrigerators and prep surfaces.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house duties.
• Load/unload and deliver supplies and product as needed.
• Distribute utensils and equipment; comply with safety rules.
