We are hiring immediately for a full-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position.

Location: Fidel - 500 Salem Street, Smithfield, RI 02917. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; days may vary. 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior dishroom and cleaning experience preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors for safety and sanitation.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash, steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of house setup.
• Loads/unloads and delivers supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
