Job Title: Food Service Utility

Schedule: Full-time; days may vary, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. More details provided during interview.

Requirements: Prior dishroom and cleaning experience preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, keeps equipment and utensils clean and organized.

Essential Duties

1. Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
2. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
3. Removes trash, steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
4. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
5. Assists with banquet table and front of the house setup.
6. Loads, unloads, and delivers supplies and products.
7. Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
8. Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
