Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring for a full-time Food Service Utility position at 200 Seaport Boulevard, Boston, MA 02210. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. No prior experience required.

The role focuses on maintaining clean kitchen work areas and basic prep surface sanitation, with opportunities to assist in banquet and front-of-house setup. Benefits are available for associates, including retirement and health programs, with additional voluntary options.

Responsibilities

• We maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment clean and orderly.
• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose of it in designated containers.
• Transport supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front of house setup.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follow sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
