Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Wash work surfaces, tables, and prep areas to sanitation standards.
• Empty trash and manage waste disposal.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas as needed.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house tasks as required.
• Support loading/unloading and delivery of supplies and products.
