Responsibilities

• Assigned to Dining Rooms, Central Kitchen Trayline and/or Dish Room; serve and assist with the preparation, pre-dish and assembly of food and beverages.
• Ensure correct food items according to menus and diets, and maintain proper portioning.
• Sanitize and clean all food service equipment, dining tables and chairs; follow HACCP procedures and hospital policies.
• Assist in loading/unloading meal carts and transporting items between the Central Kitchen and dining areas.
