Job summary

Lincoln Memorial Hospital is seeking a Food Service Tech to support cafeteria operations and patient meal service. The role involves preparing, delivering, and picking up patient trays, and assisting in the cafeteria tray line as directed.

The position emphasizes safety, courtesy, quality and efficiency in line with Memorial Health System standards, with shifts 5:30am-2pm or 2pm-7pm, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask while working with others.
• Ability to understand and interpret diets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, staff and visitors.

Position Summary

The Food Service Tech assists in the cafeteria and patient tray line preparation of food for serving. Delivers, serves and picks up all patient trays and assist in the cafeteria tray line as directed. Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Experience in food service preferred but not required.

• Ability to perform interpersonal skills to interact with co-workers, medical staff, patients, customers, and visitors.

Pay Transparency

• $15.25 - $20.42
• Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role.
• Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
