Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a Food Service Tech to assist in cafeteria and patient tray line preparation. You will deliver, serve and pick up patient trays and support cafeteria operations as directed, following safety and sanitation standards to ensure quality service.

Experience in food service is preferred but not required; you will work a 5:30am–2pm or 2pm–7pm shift, weekends as needed, on a PRN basis in Lincoln, IL.

  • Ability to perform interpersonal skills to interact with co-workers, medical staff, patients, customers, and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Sets up and cleans as appropriate in daily assigned position.
  • Accurately follows patient meal guides and sets up trays.
  • Passes trays in an accurate and friendly manner according to procedure.
  • Follows sanitation procedures (bleach, water, gloves, labeling).

Position Summary

The Food Service Tech assists in the cafeteria and patient tray line preparation of food for serving. Delivers, serves and picks up all patient trays and assist in the cafeteria tray line as directed. Overview
