Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds fruits and vegetables.
• Weights and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans and trays to stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory and cash procedures.
