Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions at 201 David-Eliza Fountain Circle, Mount Vernon, GA 30445. Applications accepted online only.

Schedule varies: Friday–Sunday 10:00 am–8:30 pm, Monday–Thursday 6:30 am–3:00 pm, or Sunday–Wednesday 10:30 am–8:30 pm. Prior cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Pay ranges from $8.00 to $10.50 per hour, with benefits, Instapay via One @Work, and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

Prior cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Food service experience is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties.

Responsibilities

Prepares, presents and serves food as needed according to standards.
Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
Weighs and measures designated ingredients for recipes.
Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between stations and equipment.
Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
Maintains clean work areas and sanitizes equipment after use.
Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner following service steps.
Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor as needed.
