Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Enterprise, Alabama is seeking Team Members for a dynamic food service team. You will welcome guests, take orders, operate the REVEL POS, process transactions, and help keep a clean, safe dining environment.

Training is available; previous experience is not required. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, basic culinary knowledge, and a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with cash register operations or POS systems is a plus
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic culinary skills or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the REVEL POS system.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash responsibly.
• Prepare food items in accordance with company recipes and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
