Job summary

Chartwells K12 is hiring for Food Service Worker positions at American Leadership Academy in Apache Junction, AZ.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, with hours Mon–Fri; pay range $15.15 to $16.50 per hour; prior food service experience preferred; on-the-job training.

As part of Chartwells K12, you will prepare, present and serve food, perform prep tasks, ensure safety and sanitation, and serve customers in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Follows safety standards to ensure proper temperatures and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance.
