Job summary

Carlisle LLC is seeking an entry-level crew member in Andalusia, AL to provide quality food service in a fast-paced environment. You will assemble orders, keep the dining area clean, and assist with opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include taking orders, handling the cash register, preparing and serving hot foods, and ensuring a safe, stocked workspace. Must be 16+ and able to work variable shifts.

Qualifications

• Some high school required.
• No experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Assemble food orders within stated time goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.
• Prepare, portion, and serve hot food orders per customer requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries, etc.).
• Stock, portion, and serve beverages.
• Operate cash register according to cash operations policies.
• Take orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interfaces with customers and provides quality service.
• Preps store for opening.
• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities, food preparation, and storage units).
