Aramark is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to lead a team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safe, high-quality food service. You will work closely with a manager to oversee staff, schedule production, and maintain compliance with policies.

The role requires strong organizational abilities, basic arithmetic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. Occasional night/weekend catering may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
• Strong organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Ensure food items are stored in a safe, organized, hazard-free environment.
• Maintain serving schedules; ensure food items are served per menu specifications following Aramark policies.
• Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate weekly inventory.
• May prepare orders to ensure accurate production for location.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote growth, efficiency, morale and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance checklist and recommend equipment replacements.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking.
• Fill in for absent employees as needed.
• Keep knowledge of daily catering events and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Occasional night and weekend catered events.
• Attend food service meetings with staff.
• Maintain communication with staff via office channels.
• May perform cashier duties as needed.
• Promote good public relations.
