Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions
• Ensure accurate portions and maintain daily temperature logs
• Greet customers and handle feedback with a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitize utensils
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards
• Cross-train in areas as needed
• Support concessions, catering, and special events as required
