Job summary

ServiceSource is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to lead and guide a team of Food Service Workers in the dining center at our Virginia location. You will set up self-serve lines, portion meals, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while stepping in as supervisor when needed.

The role emphasizes customer service, sanitation, safety, and teamwork, with a pay rate of $18.20/hour plus an additional $5.09/hour Health & Welfare. Schedule varies; open availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of food service-related experience preferred.
• Security clearance or background requirements are determined by contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide guidance to Food Service Workers.
• Set up food on self-serving lines and portion food for individual servings.
• Refill cold bar, salad bars, pastry cabinets, condiments, juice dispensers, and set up dining rooms.
• Replace glassware/dishes and refill condiment containers.
• Cleans counters and trays, and maintains cleanliness of preparation, work and display areas.
• Greet customers as they arrive at service counter and answer basic questions.
